Adamant Air Set-Dry

A dry, air-setting fireclay - silica based mortar, with a maximum service temperature of 3000°F, used for bonding super duty brick. Just add water to obtain the desired trowel or dipping consistency. This product will take an air set, but does not develop its full joint strength until after heating to 220°F (105°C)
Alutab

ALUTAB® is a high purity, 85% alumina mortar compatible with 70%, 80%, and 90% alumina brick. It is designed for use under the most severe conditions where high refractoriness, good bond strength, and resistance to attack by molten metal and slag are the prime requirements. It is air-setting with a 3400°F service temperature limit.

Lo-Set

LO-SET® is a 40% alumina mortar with a 3000ºF service temperature limit. When mixed with water, it produces a smooth, easy flowing mortar with good workability. It is air-setting and develops a strong bond at atmospheric temperatures. This bond strength is increased when fired at higher temperatures. Extra service life may be gained by applying a brush or spray coat of LO-SET® on any firebrick surface. Use with high duty, superduty, 50% alumina, and 60% alumina brick.
Metaldam

METALDAM® is a finely ground, 50% alumina, heat-setting mortar, highly refractory to 3100ºF and recommended for use where brick and mortar come into contact with molten metal or slags. Since it is more refractory than most firebrick, it not only resists erosion, but also helps to retard brick scouring. It holds brick firmly in place, yet will release them readily during tear out of the wall or lining for repair or replacement.
Permanente Mortar

PERMANENTE® MORTAR is a dry, heat setting, high magnesia mortar. This magnesite mortar is designed to lay up basic brick. Ideally suited for use with magnesite or magnesia-carbon brick. This mortar is suggested for working and safety linings in both steel and non-ferrous metals applications.
