Quikturn AZS PC
QUIKTURN AZS PC is a low cement, QUIKTURN castable that contains an alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) aggregate and can be installed by vibration cast, pumping, and shotcreting methods. After the final set, this unique castable can be heated without the traditional ramp-and-hold heatup schedule. Refer to the recommended QUIKTURN heatup schedule for the initial heatup. This product was formulated, specifically, for cement preheater tower applications that require an abrasion-resistant monolithic refractory that resists dust buildup.
