Doug joined Resco as President & CEO in 2014 after leading the turnaround and successful sale of Environmental Filtration Technologies (an HIG/Bayside portfolio company) to a European strategic investor. Prior to that, Doug spent 6 years with General Electric, where he held roles in strategic marketing and M&A before becoming CEO of GE Fanuc Embedded Systems. He also spent time with Booz-Allen & Hamilton as a member of the Operations Management Group where he focused on manufacturing strategy, supply chain, lean operations and marketing channels engagements and 9 years in engineering and leadership roles with MTS/Sintech. Doug holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Engineering Management (McCormick School of Engineering) and an MBA (Kellogg Graduate School of Management) from Northwestern University.
Graham was appointed Vice President of Finance in October 2019 after serving as the Corporate Controller at Resco since December 2014. Prior to Resco, Graham held many progressive accounting and finance roles for manufacturing companies, including Spartech Corporation, Liberty Tire Recycling, and Horsehead Corporation. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
